Final Dragon-class multigas carrier launched and named

Evergas’ latest (and final) addition to its fleet, the eighth Dragon-class 27,500m³ multigas LNG carrier in a series of eight was named JS INEOS Invention on July 6 at Enterprise terminal in Houston.

The Dragon-class vessels are the largest, most flexible and advanced multigas carriers built for Evergas to date. The relationship between Evergas and INEOS has been key to the creation of a seaborne pipeline bringing US ethane across the Atlantic Ocean to Europe.
