Windfarm crewboat delivered to Taiwanese operator

Singapore shipbuilder Strategic Marine has delivered a new catamaran crewboat to Taiwanese offshore energy support company Prosperous Wind Shipping.

Prosperous Three will support operations at Taiwan’s Yunlin offshore wind farm commencing in April 2024.

The vessel measures 27 by nine metres and has 81.7 square metres of open deck space for transporting assorted cargo. The propulsion system can be modified in the future to accommodate a hybrid power arrangement.
