Firefighting tug pair delivered to Chinese operator
China’s Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard delivered two ASD firefighting tugs in a series to an unnamed local operator on Friday, March 5.
The tugs each have a length of 36.5 metres, a beam of 10.4 metres, and a depth of 4.8 metres.
The tugs’ total installed power of 3,676 kW delivers a bollard pull of 62.5 tonnes and a speed of 14.3 knots.
