Penguin delivers crewboat to Taiwanese operator

Singapore-based Penguin International has delivered a new high-speed crewboat to a Taiwanese operator.

Christened Ventus Formosa, the 35-metre aluminium vessel was built by Penguin Shipyard in Singapore and designed by BMT.

In addition to being used for crew transfer duties in support of offshore wind operations, the newbuild is also fully equipped to serve as an offshore accommodation vessel capable of housing 12 technicians.
