Saam Towage acquires two British Columbia tug companies
TUG AND SALVAGE WEEK
Saam Towage Canada has completed the purchase of British Columbia-based Standard Towing and Davies Tugboat to expand its operations on Canada’s western coast.
The acquired assets include the tugs Numas Warrior and Renegade. Both will continue to serve Port McNeill and Point Valiant for the long term.
A third Canadian-built tug was also acquired by Saam as part of the agreement.
