JMU delivers Valemax ore carrier to NS United

Japan Marine United (JMU) has delivered a new Valemax ore carrier to local shipowner NS United Kaiun Kaisha.

Named NSU Brazil, the newbuild has an LOA of 361 metres, a beam of 65 metres, a draught of 23 metres, and seven cargo holds.

The vessel will sail under the Liberian flag and will be used primarily to transport iron ore from Brazil.
