Boluda Towage acquires Gibraltar tug operator
Boluda Towage Europe has confirmed its acquisition of the towage and salvage company Resolve Salvage and Fire (Gibraltar).
The company is owned by Florida-based the Resolve Marine Group. In addition to providing towing and salvage services, it also specialises in engineering and maintenance projects for marine installations.
The acquisition is part of Boluda Towage’s expansion in the international market.
The acquisition also includes the tugs Elliot, Resolve Hercules, Rooke, and Wellington, which are operating in the Strait of Gibraltar.
