Chinese operator gets new multi-purpose dredger

Chinese marine contractor the Jiangsu Communications Construction Group recently took delivery of a new multi-purpose dredger from Julong Environment Technology.

Halinghucai 001 is a customised vessel measuring 34 by 12 metres and featuring a modular construction to allow easy disassembly and re-assembly for road transport.

The vessel can dredge up to 25 metres and has a pump flow rate of 4,000 cubic metres per hour. Equipment options include a sand dredging system, a drill pipe system, and a jetting water system.
