United Heavy Lift welcomes new cargo vessel to fleet

United Heavy Lift (UHL) has taken delivery of a new dry cargo vessel from Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding in China.

UHL Fighter is the 16th in a series of 17 vessels to be built by the same shipyard. The final ship in the series will be delivered in March 2022.

The newbuild will sail on its maiden voyage for Europe within the next few days. Its expected arrival in Hamburg will be in February.

Like its sisters, UHL Fighter has a weather deck with a total area of 2,990 square metres.
