MOL to re-enter ammonia transport business
Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) has stated that it will re-enter the ammonia transport business via a recently signed time charter contract with US-based international ammonia trading company Trammo.
The charter will be served by Green Pioneer, a 35,000-cubic-metre ammonia/LPG carrier.
MOL said this is the first ammonia transport contract entered into by the company since 2016.
