Damen lays keel of Elenger LNG bunker vessel
Damen Yichang Shipyard in China has held a keel-laying ceremony for an LNG bunker vessel ordered by Estonia’s Elenger (formerly Eesti Gas).
The vessel will have a 6,000-cubic-metre cargo capacity and is expected to begin undergoing sea trials in the spring of 2020.
Elenger will use the vessel to provide LNG bunkering services for ships operating in the Baltic region.
