Safehaven delivers pilot boat to Malta Maritime Pilots

Safehaven Marine has delivered a pilot boat to the Malta Maritime Pilots. Named Juliet, it is the third pilot vessel to be supplied to Malta by Safehaven.

Juliet has an operational speed of 25 knots, powered by a pair of Scania DI13 375kW engines. It is 15 metres LOA, has a 4.3 metre beam and 17,100 kilogram lightship displacement.

The vessel is designed for dual roles of crew transfer and pilotage and has seating capacity for up to 14 persons in the main cabin. Juliet is also fitted with a galley, spacious seating area, separate heads and electrical compartment as well as luggage storage and extra berths.
