Kotug acquires UAE-based Marsol International

Kotug International has completed the 100 per cent acquisition of Marsol International, a UAE-based offshore and marine terminal services provider.

The acquisition also covers Marsol’s terminal management and maintenance services, which are currently utilised in 32 offshore marine terminals in more than 20 countries.

Although Marsol specialises in offshore single point mooring (SPM) buoy terminals and related infrastructure, the company also provides subsea engineering consultancy and project management as well as oil spill response support.
