Euroseas to acquire four 4,250TEU vessels
Athens-based Euroseas has entered into agreements to acquire four South Korean-built 4,250TEU containerships.
The vessels were built in 2008 and 2009 and are being acquired from companies controlled by Synergy Holdings for a total consideration of US$40 million.
As part of the acquisition, Euroseas will assume the charters the vessels are currently under.
