AmaWaterways christens newest river cruise ship

US-based river cruise operator AmaWaterways formally named its newest ship in a ceremony in Lahnstein, Germany, on Saturday, August 28.

AmaSiena has 78 all-outside staterooms that can accommodate a total of 156 guests. Onboard amenities will include two restaurants and a lounge.

The vessel’s initial itineraries will include sailings on the Rhine and Moselle Rivers with stops at Amsterdam, Basel, and Luxembourg.
