New offshore support joint venture to be formed in Saudi Arabia

DENZAI Arabia, the Saudi-based subsidiary of Japanese transportation and construction specialist the DENZAI Group, has entered into an agreement to form a new 50-50 joint venture company with compatriot port and heavy lift firm FTE Logistics.

DENZAI said the FTE DENZAI joint venture is being established in response to the increasing demand for wind farm construction, crane operations, and heavy lifting operations in Saudi Arabia since the inception of DENZAI Arabia in 2023.

The new company also expects to extend its service offerings to other countries in the Middle East.

The establishment of the joint venture is scheduled to be finalised by June of this year.
