STLC takes delivery of new Project RSD59 cargo ship

United Shipbuilding Corporation’s (USC) Nevsky Shipyard has delivered a new Project RSD59 dry cargo vessel to Russia’s State Transport Leasing Company (STLC).

Pola Gali will be operated by Pola Rise on behalf of STLC. It is designed for the transport of general and bulk cargo such as packaged lumber, round timber, scrap metal, metal in bundles and rolls, coal, and dangerous goods on both coastal and inland waterways.

The newbuild has a length of 140.88 metres, a beam of 16.98 metres, a maximum draught of 4.53 metres, and a sea deadweight of 7,535 tonnes.
