Boluda acquires Iskes Towage and Salvage

Boluda Corporacion Maritima, through subsidiary Boluda Towage, has acquired the business activities and assets of Netherlands-based Iskes Towage and Salvage.

The acquisitions also encompasses Iskes’ port towage activities in Eemshaven, Lubeck, and Lisbon as well as its offshore activities.

Iskes will remain a separate entity directly under Boluda’s headquarters in Valencia, Spain, and as such will continue to manage the aforementioned harbour towage activities.

It has also been agreed by the two companies that Iskes will focus on strengthening and further expanding the offshore activities of Boluda in North West Europe, with focus on the Baltic market, Kiel Channel and Poland.
