MMA bags CSIRO ship management contract

MMA Offshore has been awarded a contract to manage the research vessel Investigator on behalf of government-run research organisation CSIRO.

Under the contract, MMA will provide technical services, operational management, and crew management for the Investigator utilising MMA’s in-house systems, maritime skills, and expertise.

The contract is for a period of four years and also has two three-year options. MMA anticipates it will generate approximately $80 million in revenue across the firm period.
