The second Jose Rizal-class frigate will sail out of HHI’s Ulsan facilities on Friday, February 5, and is expected to arrive in Philippine waters on February 10. Commissioning will take place after the crew completes undergoing a mandatory 14-day quarantine.

The navy said that Antonio Luna‘s actual delivery was completed more than one month ahead of the contractual delivery date of March 6, 2021.
