Fincantieri launches new patrol vessel for Qatari navy
NAVAL ARCHITECTURE WEEK
Fincantieri launched the lead ship of a new class of patrol vessels for the Qatari Emiri Navy on Friday, September 18.
The vessel, which will be named Musherib, will have a length of 63 metres, a beam of 9.2 metres, space for 38 crew, a maximum speed of 30 knots, and a stern launch deck for a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB).
Delivery is scheduled for 2022.
