David Vallance

David Vallance is a Research Associate at the Lowy Institute. Prior to joining the Institute in 2022, he worked as a consultant in Canberra, supporting projects within ADF Headquarters, Defence Science and Technology Group, the Royal Australian Navy, and the Department of Agriculture. He holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the ANU, a BA with First Class Honours in War Studies and History from King’s College, London, and is an Associate of King’s College.
