Nibulon floats out second Project T410 tug

Ukraine’s Nibulon Shipbuilding and Repair Yard has launched the second pusher tug to be built under Project T410.

Once completed, Nibulon-14 will have an LOA of 15.45 metres, a beam of 6.7 metres, a draught of 1.2 metres, a displacement of 80 tonnes, and two Scania main engines that will deliver a speed of seven knots.

The tug will be used primarily to push non-self-propelled barges of up to 3,000 tonnes deadweight.
