Asya Port orders tug from Med Marine
TUG & SALVAGE WEEK
Turkey’s Asya Port has placed an order for a new ASD tug from local builder Med Marine.
The tug, which has been named Asyaport Değirmenaltı, is scheduled for delivery in early April 2020.
The Robert Allan Ltd-designed vessel has an LOA of 23 metres, a beam of 10.9 metres, and two Caterpillar 3512C 1,765kW main engines that will deliver a bollard pull of 60 tonnes and a speed of 12 knots.
