Dublin Port Company (DPC) held an official naming ceremony for DPC Tolka, its newest pilot boat, on Thursday, January 23.
The newbuild joins DPC's fleet of vessels which includes two other pilot boats, two tugs, and a multi-purpose workboat.
DPC Tolka was originally ordered from UK-based Goodchild Marine Services in 2018 to replace an older pilot boat that had been retired after 23 years of service. It was delivered to DPC in December 2019.
