Scenic Luxury Cruises’ newest expedition ship begins operations

Scenic Eclipse, the newest polar expedition vessel in the fleet of Sydney, Australia-based Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours, has begun operational sailing.
The 168- by 22-metre, 228-guest vessel also has space for two helicopters and a submarine in addition to kayaks, inflatable boats, and quad bikes.
Construction of Scenic Eclipse began in 2017. The vessel was completed in August of this year and was formally named the following month.
