Princess Cruises unveils name of final Royal-class ship

Princess Cruises’ newest cruise ship will be named Discovery Princess, the company said in a recent statement.

The vessel will have a displacement of 143,000 tonnes and capacity for up to 3,660 guests.

Discovery Princess is scheduled to enter service in 2021. It will be the final one of six Royal-class ships to be built by Fincantieri for Princess Cruises.
