Rowan signs jack-up rig contract with Lundin Norway

Rowan Companies has been awarded a seven-well programme by Lundin Norway for a minimum duration of 265 days.

The contract is expected to commence in either the second or third quarter of 2020 and has four additional one-well priced options.

The ultra-harsh environment jack-up rig Rowan Viking will be deployed for the contract.
