The Spanish Tax Agency recently took delivery of a new offshore patrol vessel (OPV) from local builder Rodman Polyships.

The FRP-hulled Condor has an LOA of 43 metres, a beam of 8.3 metres, and space for 14 crewmembers and 10 additional personnel as well as two rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) for at-sea boardings and interceptions. Two 1,500kW engines will deliver a top speed of 29 knots and a maximum unrefueled range of 2,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 16 knots.

Missions will include maritime surveillance, law enforcement patrols, and interceptions in both territorial and international waters.
