The Royal Navy landing platform dock HMS Albion, which was sold to Brazil in 2025 along with sister ship HMS Bulwark. As of July 2026, the Royal Navy has no dedicated amphibious assault ships with the HMS prefix, relying instead on the Bay-class dock landing ships operated by the Royal Fleet Auxiliary.
