United Shipbuilding Corporation’s (USC) Yantar Baltic Shipbuilding Plant has completed modernisation work on the Russian Navy’s Project 11540 frigate Neutrashimy.

The ship has already begun undergoing acceptance trials in the Baltic Sea. After 30 days of trials, it will be redelivered to the Russian Baltic Fleet.

Neutrashimy, the lead ship of its class, was commissioned in 1993. The frigate’s recently concluded modernisation program began in 2014.
