Iran’s navy to welcome locally-built hovercraft into service
Iranian media reports that the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy (IRIN) will commission a new hovercraft into service later this month.
The locally-built vessel will be commissioned into the fleet shortly after the start of the Iranian New Year on March 21.
The hovercraft’s missions will also include fast transport of troops.
