Hindustan Shipyard signs DSV construction contract with Indian Navy

Hindustan Shipyard (HSL) and the Indian Navy have signed a contract for the construction of two diving support vessels (DSVs) in New Delhi on Thursday, September 20.

The total cost of the two-vessel order is IRS2,000 crore (US$277 million).

The first DSV will be delivered by 2021 while the second will be delivered 12 months later.
