Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) and China COSCO Shipping have formally named the last ship in a series of four LNG carriers jointly ordered by the two companies from Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding.

The vessel has been christened LNG Megrez after a star in the constellation Ursa Major. It has a length of 295 metres, a beam of 45 metres, a draught of 11.5 metres, and a total cargo capacity of 174,000 cubic metres.
