UK-based offshore wind crew transfer provider Tidal Transit recently christened its newest crewboat.
Anthea Luna was delivered to her new owner in March and has already commenced work on her inaugural contract with Belgian offshore wind farm operator C-Power.
PSA Marine subsidiary takes delivery of first crewboat in new series
Taiwanese offshore vessel operator Ventus Marine, a subsidiary of Singapore-based marine services provider PSA Marine, has taken delivery of a new catamaran crewboat built by Strategic Marine.
Ventus Daan is the first in a new series of two 27-metre vessels ordered by Ventus Marine from Strategic Marine. Design work on the crewboat was undertaken in collaboration with BMT.
Windea CTV's newest crewboat to support US East Coast operations
Windea CTV, a partnership of Hornblower Wind and MidOcean Wind, has taken delivery of the third vessel in a series of windfarm crewboats to be built by St Johns Ship Building (SJSB) of Palatka, Florida.
Windea Reliance is a sister of Windea Courageous, which was delivered by SJSB in January 2024, and Windea Enterprise, which was handed over later that same year.

Construction begins on hybrid electric SOV for UK's North Star
India's Cochin Shipyard has cut the first steel to be used in the construction of the second service operation vessel (SOV) ordered from the company by UK operator North Star.
Upon completion, the Vard-designed SOV will have a length of 86 metres, a DP2 system, and a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion arrangement consisting of Yanmar generators and lithium-ion batteries. A walk-to-work system from SMST will also be fitted.
