Joseph Webster is a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center, where he leads the center’s efforts on Chinese energy security and specialises in energy geopolitics. He also edits the <em>China-Russia Report</em>, an independent, non-partisan newsletter exploring developments in Sino-Russian relations.
