WORK BOAT WORLD:

Emiel Jongerius has been designated as Fugro’s new Chief Financial Officer effective November 16, 2026.

Jongerius is a highly experienced finance executive with 25 years’ experience. Between 2001 and 2018, he held a range of senior finance and leadership roles at Royal Philips and Signify, including CFO and Head of Strategy for Signify’s lamps business.

From 2018 to 2025, he worked at AkzoNobel, where he ultimately served as Group Controller. In late 2025, he joined Just Eat Takeaway, where he leads finance.

Jongerius holds a master’s degree in economics and business from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a post-master's degree in Controlling from Nyenrode Business University.

OneOcean, Lloyd's Register's maritime digital solutions business, has appointed Dr Claus Reimers as its Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead its product and technology strategy and accelerate the development of digital, data and AI-enabled solutions for the maritime industry.

Reimers joins OneOcean from Akselos, where he served as CPTO. He returns to Lloyd's Register after holding a number of senior technology and innovation roles within the organisation between 2020 and 2024, most recently as Deputy Chief Technology and Innovation Officer.

Reimers is an engineer, entrepreneur and technology leader with more than 20 years’ experience building software businesses, products and technology organisations. Holding a doctorate in chemical engineering from Hamburg University of Technology, he co-founded process simulation software company SolidSim Engineering, which was acquired by Aspen Technology, where he subsequently held senior product leadership roles. His career has spanned engineering simulation, enterprise software, digital transformation, data and AI.

As CPTO, Reimers will lead OneOcean's product, engineering and architecture teams, with responsibility for product and technology strategy across its portfolio spanning voyage and fleet performance, compliance, training and operational intelligence.

Ulrik Mannhart and Bengt A. Rem have been appointed as the new CEO and Group CEO, respectively, of Viking Supply Ships.

Mannhart is a member of the board of Viking Supply Ships and part of the investment team at Kistefos. He has extensive experience in investment and finance, including roles as Investment Principal at Hayfin Capital Management, Equity and Credit Research Analyst at Fearnley Securities, and Credit Analyst at Nordea.

Rem is Chairman of the Board of Viking Supply Ships and has served as CEO of Kistefos since 2015. Prior to joining Kistefos, he was CEO of Arctic Partners and previously held several senior management positions within the Aker Group.

Justin Litko has been selected to become the new Chief Executive Officer of the Kraken Technology Group subsidiary Kraken Technology US.

Litko brings with him over 20 years of experience spanning defence, intelligence, and commercial markets. Having retired as a warrant officer from the US Army, he was most recently acting as Vice President of the Special Operations Solutions Division at BlueHalo, an AV company.

Litko’s appointment is part of Kraken’s ongoing expansion of its US operations.

HydroSurv Unmanned Survey has appointed Mark Burnett as its new Non-Executive Director.

Burnett joins HydroSurv with more than three decades of executive leadership experience across the marine, offshore, environmental technology and maritime autonomy sectors.

He also serves as Chair of the North Devon and Torridge Maritime Network and as a board member for marine on the Northern Devon Economy, Innovation and Skills Action Board.

Teledyne Technologies has promoted Michelle Hildyard to General Manager of its Teledyne Raymarine and Teledyne FLIR Marine brands.

Hildyard will lead the company’s Raymarine marine electronics business and its FLIR Marine thermal camera portfolio. She will report to Gregoire Outters, President of the Teledyne Marine Group.

In her new role, Hildyard will oversee strategy, product development, and commercial execution.

Hildyard brings more than two decades of experience across Teledyne Raymarine and Teledyne FLIR Marine, having held a wide range of senior leadership roles across the business. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations for Raymarine and FLIR Marine, where she led supply chain, engineering, and product management.

Hildyard holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Reading and a master of business administration from the University of Southampton Business School.

SHIP WORLD:

The Port Authority of New South Wales in Australia has appointed Justine Jarvinen as the new Chairman of the Board.

Jarvinen has served on the Port Authority of NSW board since April 2022 and brings a wealth of experience in governance and infrastructure.

She has held executive, advisory and governance roles with organisations including Exxon, Shell, Caltex, JBWere and AGL Energy, and is currently Principal of Finncorn Consulting and a Director of the UNSW Foundation.

South Carolina Ports has selected Patrick McCrory as its new Chief Operating Officer.

McCrory most recently served as president and CEO of Palmetto Railways. His previous positions with the company included Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer.

He also held senior terminal management positions with CSX Intermodal Terminals, where he led intermodal operations in Ohio, Georgia and North Carolina.

McCrory brings decades of experience in safety, transportation, logistics and rail to the port team, with leadership expertise spanning freight rail, intermodal terminals, marine terminal operations, supply chain, workforce development and development of major infrastructure projects.

McCrory earned a bachelor of science in logistics and intermodal transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and a master of science degree in transportation management with a focus in supply chain operations, from the University of Denver. He is also a nine-year veteran of the United States Navy Reserve.

Alvin Chu has been appointed as the new Director of Internal Audit at the Port of Los Angeles.

In this role, Chu will oversee a comprehensive audit program to identify risk, promote efficiency, and advocate for responsible stewardship of port resources.

He has 19 years of auditing experience, most recently serving as Assistant City Auditor at the Long Beach City Auditor’s Office. He also previously led the fraud, waste and abuse unit within the Office of Los Angeles City Controller’s Audit Division.

Chu graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a double major in economics and history, and is a certified internal auditor and certified fraud examiner.

The Port of New Orleans (Port NOLA) has appointed Brad Guilmino as Vice President of Finance and Innovative Delivery.

With 25 years of financial and infrastructure experience, Guilmino will provide senior leadership for major capital-project development and support key financial management functions. His primary area of focus will include the successful delivery of the Louisiana International Terminal.

Guilmino’s career spans banking, consulting and municipal financial advisory roles. Most recently, he served as co-head of transportation and a director at PFM Financial Advisors.

His 25-year career also includes leadership and advisory roles at HNTB Corporation and Citigroup Global Markets, where he developed expertise in infrastructure finance and capital program development.

Guilmino earned a bachelor of science in finance from Louisiana State University.
