Uljanik launch cutter suction dredger in Croatia

A self-propelled cutter suction dredger constructed by Uljanik Shipyard for the Dutch company Royal IHC has been launched in Pula, Croatia.

Once the vessel is delivered to Royal IHC, the company will complete the ship and deliver it to its final buyer, Boskalis.

The contract for the self-propelled cutter suction dredger was signed in February 2014.

The dredger has a length of 152 metres, a width of 28 metres, a total height of 8.9 metres and capacity of 2,650 tonnes.

Three main engines MAN 6L48/60 each having a power 7,200kW will be mounted in the vessel.
