Six-tug order for Caspian Offshore Constructions

Caspian Offshore Constructions (COC) has ordered a series of six tugs from a Dutch yard.

The order for the design of the vessels was given earlier and is well underway. Now, the job will comprise the construction of four ice-class azimuth stern drive tug/pushboats, each of 39 tonnes bollard pull. Additionally, two shallow draft harbour tugs, each of 30 tonnes bollard pull, form part of the order.

The six vessels are developed for the Blue Water and COC consortium.
