Netherlands’ Multraship wins North Sea towing and rescue vessel tender

Netherlands-based operator Multraship Towage and Salvage has won the tender to supply two emergency rescue and towing vessels for monitoring shipping safety in the southern section of the North Sea.

The towing vessel Multraship Commander has been stationed at the Borssele offshore wind farm since the commencement of the contract on July 1. Multraship Protector will be on standby for the Hollandse Kust wind farms beginning August 1.

Multraship will operate the vessels in support of the Netherlands Coastguard.
