BOA Offshore sells subsidiary, vessels

BOA Offshore has sold its subsidiary Trond A. Kittelsen Shipping to an unnamed buyer.

The sale also includes the tug Boa Sund (pictured) and the barges Boabarge 49, Boabarge 31, and Takboa.

Under the same sale agreement, BOA and the buyer will have joint ownership of the crane vessel Taklift.
