Turn Services to acquire assets of Jubilee Towing
New Orleans-based inland tug operator Turn Services has entered into an agreement wherein it will purchase the assets of Jubilee Towing of West Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The assets to be acquired from Jubilee include three towboats and a fourth vessel under construction.
Turn Services has been operating the vessels of the Jubilee Towing fleet under a long-term bareboat charter agreement.
