Maritime Partners christens newest pusher tug

Metairie, Louisiana-based operator Maritime Partners has formally named the newest vessel to join its fleet of inland pusher tugs.

Emily Webber was built by Intercoastal Iron Works of Bourg, Louisiana. It will be operated primarily on the Mississippi River.

The Sperry family, owners of Maritime Partners, named the tug in honour of a close friend who passed away unexpectedly in March 2021.
