UK-based SMS Towage has purchased two 24-metre ASD tugs from Damen Shipyards.
The first vessel, named Manxman (pictured), was handed over on April 12 of this year, just seven days after contract signing. The contract for the second vessel, to be named Marksman, was signed on May 1 with delivery scheduled for June 7.
The vessels are the first Damen tugs to join the SMS Towage fleet.
