Kotug to start towage operations in Gabon
Kotug International has been awarded a long-term contract by Perenco Oil and Gas Gabon for the provision of towage support for the latter’s operations off Port Gentil, Gabon.
The contract includes the chartering, operation, and manning of three vessels, including the tugs RT Magic and RT Spirit. SD Honour will be temporarily deployed to support operations in Gabon and will later be replaced by a sister vessel of the first two tugs.
Kotug Gabon’s operations will formally commence in the second half of October 2021.
