Kotug deploys additional tug for operations in Tasmania
TUG AND SALVAGE WEEK
Kotug has deployed an additional harbour tug to support the activities of Tasmanian Ports Corporation (TasPorts).
RT Sensation (pictured) arrived in Tasmania earlier this week following a 13-day journey from Port Hedland in Western Australia. The tug will work alongside sister vessel RT Force in serving TasPorts’ operations in northern Tasmania.
RT Sensation has a bollard pull of 80 tonnes and a 1,200m³/h firefighting pump.
