Damen tug pair handed over to Bermuda port operator
Two new ASD tugs built by Damen Shipyards Group have been officially turned over to the government of Bermuda through the country’s Ministry of Tourism and Transport.
Faithful and Powerful will replace two similarly named older tugs that had operated with the Department of Marine and Ports Services’ fleet for over 30 years.
The tugs each have a length of 28.57 metres, a beam of 11.43 metres, a bollard pull of 60 tonnes, and a speed of 13 knots.
