CTS Mooring names newest boat after late skipper
New Orleans-based Cooper/T. Smith Mooring (CTS Mooring), a company under the Cooper Group, has named its newest vessel after one of its former boat captains.
The vessel honours CTS employee Wayne Wallace, who passed away in September 2021.
Capt. Wayne Wallace has already completed its maiden operational voyage. Like other vessels in the CTS Mooring fleet, it will serve customers in the Mississippi River, particularly in the waters off the Louisiana ports of Plaquemines, St. Bernard, New Orleans, St. Charles, and Baton Rouge.
