Belgium’s Verbeke Shipping orders tug from Dutch builder

Belgian operator Verbeke Shipping has placed an order for a multi-purpose tug to be built by Netherlands-based Neptune Marine.

The tug will have IMO Tier III-compliant main engines, a deck crane, an anchor handling winch, and an A-frame-mounted dredging plough.

Delivery is scheduled for mid-2021.
