First Marine Solutions completes Cromarty Firth port USV debris survey
Marine survey specialist First Marine Solutions (FMS) has completed conducting debris surveys of the Scottish port of Cromarty Firth on behalf of offshore decommissioning company Well-Safe Solutions.
For the surveys, FMS utilised an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) supplied by Aberdeen-based Unique Group.
Unique Group said the USV completed the full scope of work within 90 minutes of initial deployment, all while being controlled remotely by a surveyor in Copenhagen, Denmark.
